The Company

Our client is an online platform that connects entertainment providers with consumers with head offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

Responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and execution and reporting for the company and manage the corresponding team. Directly handle commission rates and all performance metrics such as number of acquisitions, all account management and effective strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic business plan to achieve sales objective providing updates on periodic basis
• Maintain accurate records of sales, generate client acquisition plan and prospecting activates to analyze the sales prospects
• Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies and performance metrics for the Country Sales teams
• Monitor performance of team in terms of vendor acquisition, closed deals, promotions, campaigns, account management, and market research
• Acquiring key accounts (international brands) across the region and handle Wnees commission rate
• Communicate and attend meetings with major accounts regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serve as escalation point for VIP clients or team issue
• Manage sales budget and costs
• Monitor and analyze customer related statistics on a daily basis to determine performance and potential growth (using CRM)
• Analyze competition – strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from salesforce and personal research
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
▪ Sales acquisition and accounts management performance report
▪ Bonus calculation report
▪ Commission tracker
• Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality
• Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
• Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments
• Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience within Sales (2 years as a leadership position within a sales team)

• Fluent in both languages: Arabic and English
