The Company

Our client is a Sharia compliant Investment Company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a range of investment services and solutions aimed at individual as well as institutional and corporate customers. Offering a wide scope of Wealth Advisory products, they are looking for Relationship Managers in both Riyadh and Jeddah to aid their growth.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To develop new business from new and existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • In charge of building long-term relationships with customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible.
  • Meet annual goals / target set by manager to RM.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

Formal Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • CME1 qualified

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales management experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with similar products

Skills and Knowledge

  • Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales;
  • Thorough knowledge of company products;
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills;
  • Impressive record of achieving targets
  • Good negotiating skills

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improving the overall client relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products with the company
  • Ensure product documentation including account opening forms is at all times correct and appropriate
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with the bank (parent company) to ensure to promote cross selling
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Market a full range of products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients
